The Asora Product Specific Terms are intended to highlight some of the important things about using our different products. The Product Specific Terms form part of the Asora Customer Terms of Service (the “TOS”)

Data Processing Agreement

Our customers located in the European Union or the European Economic Area can enter into a data processing agreement with us, which includes the Standard Contractual Clauses (a.k.a. the Model Clauses.) You might be interested to read this, since under current European data privacy laws, the Standard Contractual Clauses are one valid way to ensure adequate safeguards are in place for personal data transfer from the EU to the U.S.
